Marcie Whidden
Marcie Whidden has been in the veterinary field for more than 18 years. As a vet technician, her experience includes all aspects of veterinary care within the small animal practice. Through the years, Whidden has assisted with procedures on dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, rodents and the occasional snake. She has a special interest in animal behavior and has helped many pet owners resolve pet behavior issues. Whidden also educates pet owners on the importance of exercise and feeding correctly to maintain a healthy weight for their pet.
Her passion for animals has driven Whidden to rescue and place many lost, abandoned and injured animals over the years. She also had a pet sitting business for several years.
Whidden shares her home with husband, two children, a German Shepherd, Rook and two cats Colby and Mr. Cabot Cheese.
