I am new to petdoc and needed some help with my dog Nina she is a female Rottweiler and she has this pink wart type thing on her and its really weird its like there's hair missing around it and she is also losing hair all over her body and her hair frizez out a lot. She has a hard time getting up its almost like she has arthritis. I just hope its not cancer, it's probably like some kind of tumor.

Hi Katie, welcome to PetDoc. It sounds like your dog is on the older side and aging dogs can start to develop things like warts and lumps both benign and cancerous. What you are describing sounds like a wart but it is always best to be sure by having the vet take a look.
In regards to the hair loss, there are a couple of things that could possibly be causing it. Allergies, hormone imbalances or some disease processes will contribute to hair loss. Again, it is always best to find out for sure by a vet visit.
Arthritis is a very common problem with older, large breed dogs as is other spinal problems and hind end weaknesses. Depending on the cause of your dog's trouble gettinig up, there are probably treatments available if caught early enough. I have added some information for you to check out (in blue) that may be helpful.
It sounds like with all 3 of the problems you have mentioned, it would be worth at least an office visit at the vet to see what needs to be done to help your dog feel better. If you need more information, let us know, good luck!
