3 weekold kitten is constipated

We found an approximately 3 week old kitten we have been bottle feeding for a week. It was having 3 or 4 bowel movements daily, but now it hasnt gone in over 24 hours. Any suggestions? Its the weekend and the vet is closed. I need to know something I can do at home, quickly.

Little man, you can try to wash the kittens rectum with a warm compress which may stimulate a bowel movement.  (The mother cat usually licks her kittens to get them to poop).  You can also try about 1/4 tsp of pertoleum jelly orally and see if that helps get things moving.  Your vet will have a product such as Cat Lax that may be easier to dose for a small kitten.
