Fan123, I think your dog needs to be rechecked by the vet as soon as possible.  The vomiting could possibly be explained by the antibiotics or pain medication she was prescribed.  The losing control of bladder and breathing heavy could be from the pain of the surgery or some other complication.  If she has been too active, her incision (surgery site) could be either compromised and or infected.  What ever the case, I would recommend keeping her absolutely quiet, outside on a leash to potty only and get back in to the vet asap.
