Chihuahua has soft spot that is growing! HELP!

Please help! I just got a chihuahua a couple days ago and she had a slight bulge on her forehead and it is growing. Yesterday it was very soft and today it is bigger and not as soft. I am very worried. She is only 8 weeks old. Her activity is not changed any and no trama that I know of. Please help if anyone has any suggestions. Thank You.

It is not uncommon for young puppies to have an open area on the top of the head. The skull has not finished closing. However, I think the fact that it is growing is something you should have looked at by the vet. Most often the spot is only really noticeable when you are patting the head. It may just be the hole is filling in but it's best to be sure.
