OSCAR WILL JUST PACE BACK AND FORTH LIKE HES NERVOUS AND HE WILL TRY TO SEE WHERE FELIX IS BUT IF ONE GONES TO CLOSE THEN ITS ON  WHY HAVE THEY SUDDENLY STARTED ACTING LIKE THIS. THEY NEVER DID THIS BEFORE

Rhonda, a couple of ideas may be a medical problem with one of the cats or possibly a new cat outside your house.  If one of the cats has a medical problem, the other may be picking on him because he knows there is something wrong or different.  You may want tocheck in with your vet to rule that possibility out.

If there is a new cat in the neighborhood, either a stray or someone's cat and they are visiting your yard, your cat would know that and may become aggressive.  Cats are very territorial and when they can not direct thier aggression at the intruder, they direct it towards the closest thing they can, the other cat.  Try keeping blinds closed and be on the lookout for another cat or even a dog.
