Coat type
The coat is medium to long in length, and the outer coat is slightly wavy. The undercoat is thick and dense.

8 to 10 years
Temperament
This breed is social, good natured and happy. Although watchful of the home and family, they are not aggressive. They are patient and tolerant with children.

These dogs need daily exercise but are not long distance runners; instead, they will enjoy a long walk, a play session, and a chase to romp with the kids.
